Is this family not gorgeous??? I mean seriously!!
One thing I’ve learned as a photographer, and plus I’m a Mom, Is you always want to make the kiddos happy! It is hard for them when they are meeting a stranger and this stranger has this big black thing in their face. It takes kiddoes a few minutes to warm up to me. As a Mom of three boys I know how important it is to get on your child’s level, I show them the photos i’m taking, let them see what that crazy black thing does! With Kiddos I always try to get down on their level, talk to them and let them get to know me, This really helps them get comfortable with me. Then I’ll ask them Questions, Let them show me their stiffed animals. When I take their photos i will as them if they’d like to see there photos. Once we’ve got this down most of the time your babies will be comfortable and ready to dive into the session!!
As we learn and grow i feel like with every session we learn something knew that helps us grow and be better every single time. What I learned about this precious boy, after trying everything above he still wasn’t really having the photos and almost like he was scared. WE’ll we found out through the session that he was afraid of heights!! once we got him off the bridge he was happy, and smiling, Loving on his mama!
This Family truly is so precious!! As a photographer in Jackson hole, I do alot of sessions for families from all over the country, and sometimes the world. ITs incredible! So when I get to do a session for a family that is local to Jackson hole, It’s so much fun!! If you read through my website and the reviews, You already know that you’ll start your session as a stranger and you’ll leave a friend!! In my world you can never have too many friend!! So i am so thankful i was able to meet DeAnn and her precious family, And she lives here Y’all!!! I’m so excited!
