Honeymoon Session In the Tetons

honeymoon sessions have become a thing and they may become one of my favorite things. I don’t think there’s anything more special than a couple getting married in their hometown in front of the people that they love in the chapel that they grew up in or hay the park down the street that they’ve always loved underneath that incredible oak tree and then they choose to vacation in the beautiful grand Teton national Park and while they’re here they decide.

Hey, love the mountains let’s get honeymoon photos in the Tetons that was the case with this session Shannon and hanks had just gotten married in their hometown and flew

to do the Jackson and Yellowstone loop and while they were here, Shannon reached out to me and wanted to get some honeymoon photos. Something I learned about this session was not only were Shannon and Hank so cute and so fun to work with the lighting on the day of their session was absolutely phenomenal the clouds, the mountains, and Everything about this day were absolutely spectacular.

One thing that I learned on the session specifically is normally I always shoot with my 35 mm lens and this day I had just gotten my harness I had both cameras on my side and I decided to do some photos with my 85 mm lens and I realized an 85 mm lens up against the Tetons just makes them stand out and makes them so incredibly epic. It was one of the coolest lessons that I had ever learned so not only are honeymoon sessions my favorite but that 85 mm lens for a honeymoon session is just the icing on the Cake
