Family session at Swabachers Landing/ Corso Family

I know, I know, you probably get sick of hearing about Swabachers landing…. BUT its the spot for family photo.. or one of them!!

I love surprises, and I think one of my favorite things about photography, is when I get to be in on the surprise a little bit before it happens!! When Emily booked this sessions she told me it would be her and her hubby her brother and his wife and her sweet parents, They were staying a little bit away from Jackson, so we had to schedule a later morning session to accommodate for their drive!

How I pose bigger groups,

• I’ll always start with a group photo everyone together, and then I generally start with the person who booked the session, just because i feel like i know them better, because we’ve been chatting for sometime and texting back and forth, so it makes me feel like we’re already friends lol

• Then i will break into doing each couple!

After I break into the couples, I try to make them comfortable and too laugh and have a good time

When We took these two to so their session , they had a BIG surprise and I couldn’t wait to tell everyone…

She told me they were excepting their first baby, and thought what better way to tell everyone then at the last photo, we’d get the whole group together and I’d blurt out She’s expecting!!! Her Mamas in Laws face may jsut bring a little tear to your eye!!
